社区卫生服务是在新型医学模式指导下新的卫生服务领域,在我国还未有成熟的运行模式。笔者从事社区卫生服务工作一年多,实践中由于坚持了社区卫生服务方式应围绕健康教育,着重加强健康调查、疾病防治及康复服务,收到了很好的效果,现介绍如下: 一、健康调查 健康调查是掌握居民健康状况及卫生要求,制定健康干预措施和社区服务方案的基础。实践中,通过大量细致的调查摸底,查清了我院辖区内居民分布、基本健康状况及卫生需求,绘制出社区卫生服务网络图,为
Community health service is a new field of health service under the guidance of a new medical model. There is no mature operating mode in China. The author has been engaged in community health service work for more than a year. It has received good results. It is now described as follows: I. Health Survey Health surveys are the basis for mastering health conditions and health requirements of residents and formulating health interventions and community service programs. In practice, through a lot of detailed investigations, we have ascertained the distribution of residents, basic health conditions and health needs in the area under our jurisdiction and mapped out a community health service network.
