随着通信业务的不断发展,近几年中国电信江苏公司南京分公司(以下简称南京分公司)电费均保持两位数增长,2013年电费达2.63亿元。2014年,受IDC快速发展、4G基站大规模建设等因素影响,电费预算高达3.08亿元,而维护成本预算总体在下降,降本增效压力十分突出。南京分公司为缓解成本压力,实现有效益的规模发展,同时落实中国电信集团公司划小承包思想,根据能耗特点,从管理创新和节能技术着手,建立能耗划小七大体系,实现电费精确化管控,为企业降本增效作出了贡献。
With the continuous development of communication services, the electricity tariffs of China Telecom Jiangsu Branch Nanjing Branch (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing Branch) have enjoyed double-digit growth in recent years, with the electricity charges of RMB263 million in 2013. Based on the characteristics of energy consumption, starting with management innovation and energy-saving technologies, Nanjing Branch set up a small energy consumption planning system to realize electricity tariffs Accurate management and control, for the company to reduce costs and enhance contributions made.
