笔者于1987年3月至1991年7月试用心律平静脉注射治疗阵发性室上速58例(86例次)报告如下。58例室上速患者均为住院病人。男性39例,女性19例。年龄9～82岁,20～40岁26例(占44.8%)。无器质性心脏病患者17例,预激综合征22例,缺血性心脏病5例,风湿性心脏病4例,心肌病、病毒性心肌炎及高血压性心脏病各3例,柯兴氏综合征1例,发作时心室频率150～170次28例、171～200次22例、>200次8例。伴血压下降3例。初发或偶发者12例,反复发作者46例,病程1周至33年不等,平均4.7年。治疗方法:心律平35～70mg 加入25%葡萄糖注

With blood pressure decreased in 3 cases. Initial or incidental in 12 cases, repeated episodes in 46 cases, duration of 1 week to 33 years, an average of 4.7 years. Treatment: rhythm 35 ~ 70mg added 25% glucose injection
