以往关于社会主义经济理论问题的讨论和研究,极少涉及到价值增殖问题。社会主义生产的目的,无论从宏观的角度还是从微观的角度来考察,究竟是为了满足需要,还是增加使用价值,或是价值的增殖?在这里不是什么烦琐的空论,而是一个很有实际意义的重要问题。实际上,有很多经济问题,例如经济效益差、经济效率低、不合理的经济结构……都与价值增殖这个经济理论上的重要问题没有阐述清楚,长期受到忽视有关系。下面我们从这样一个问题开始探讨。
