我矿FLG——1200型螺旋分级机的下轴承改造前结构较复杂。因采用3622及3618双列自动调整滚动轴承,需定期加注轴承油进行润滑。由于下轴承沉没在矿桨中工作,尽管采用了复杂的密封结构,矿桨仍易进入轴承室,不仅加快轴承的磨损,甚至卡死轴承,发生扭断真空轴的事故。所以下轴承必须定期解体清洗、注油,增加了维护工作量。
