目的了解公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况。方法通过直接采集空调系统积尘和冷凝水作细菌检测,对吉林省30家公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染进行了监测。结果 30家公共场所集中空调通风系统共150个送风口,送风中细菌总数超标率为18.00%,真菌总数超标率为10.67%,β溶血性链球菌等致病菌未检出。所有风管内表面积尘中,细菌总数和真菌数均不超标。共采集27份冷却水,嗜肺军团菌检出率为33.33%;共采集29份冷凝水,嗜肺军团菌的检出率为10.34%。结论吉林省公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,应加强集中空调通风系统各环节的清洁和消毒工作。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination in central air-conditioning and ventilation systems in public places. Methods Microbial contamination of central air-conditioning and ventilation system in 30 public places in Jilin Province was monitored by direct collection of dust and condensate in the air-conditioning system. Results A total of 150 ventilation holes were ventilated in 30 public places. The total number of bacteria in the air supply exceeded the rate of 18.00% and the total number of fungi exceeded 10.67%. The pathogens such as β-hemolytic streptococcus were not detected. All the dust inside the duct surface, the total number of bacteria and fungi are not exceeded. A total of 27 chilled water samples were collected, and the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila was 33.33%. A total of 29 samples of condensate water were collected, and the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila was 10.34%. Conclusion There is a certain degree of pollution in central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Jilin Province, and the cleaning and disinfection of all aspects of central air conditioning and ventilation system should be strengthened.
