目的 探讨兔眼植入著者研制的氟-肝素表面修饰人工晶状体的生物相容性.方法 PMMA及氟-肝素修饰人工晶状体各32枚分别植入兔眼内,术后不同时期处死动物,取眼前段标本进行电镜观察.结果 PMMA人工晶状体组角膜实质出现小局灶性水肿,该处胶原纤维松散,有活跃的巨噬细胞及浆细胞,并有角膜内皮细胞粗面内质网中度扩张;睫状体间质细胞浸润较多,胶原纤维不规则,还有成纤维细胞分布其间.而氟-肝素修饰组,则有较轻的反应.结论 氟-肝素修饰人工晶状体略有较好的生物相容性.
Objective To investigate the biocompatibility of fluorine-heparin surface-modified intraocular lens (IOLF) developed by rabbits implanting.Methods Thirty-two PMMA and F-heparin-modified intraocular lenses were implanted in rabbits respectively, animals were sacrificed at different stages after surgery, Results The PMMA intraocular lens showed small focal edema in corneal parenchyma, where loose collagen fibers had active macrophages and plasma cells and moderate expansion of corneal endothelial rough endoplasmic reticulum. Ciliary body interstitial infiltration, irregular collagen fibers, as well as fibroblasts in the meantime, while the fluorine-heparin modified group, there is a lighter reaction.Conclusion Fluoro-heparin-modified intraocular lens slightly better biological compatibility.
