为解决煤巷综掘过程中日益突出的“探、掘”矛盾,有效探测掘进前方隐伏的含水地质构造,根据动态定向电场激励法原理,采用智能功率模块IPM为核心并辅以DDS信号发生技术,开展煤巷综掘超前探测发射系统硬件各部分电路设计研究.研究结果表明:该系统具有较高的集成度及频率精度,并可基于电场同性相斥原理对探测电场进行控制.
In order to solve the contradiction between “exploration and excavation” which is increasingly prominent in the course of coal roadway comprehensive excavation and to effectively detect hidden water-bearing geological structures in front of the tunneling, according to the principle of dynamic directional electric field excitation method, the intelligent power module IPM is used as core and supplemented by DDS signal The research on the circuit design of the hardware of advance detection and launch system in coal roadway comprehensive mechanization is carried out.The research results show that the system has high integration and frequency accuracy and can control the electric field of detection based on the principle of the same-property repelling electric field.
