国务院经济发展研究中心顾问马宾在《高科技产业化》的报告中说,高技术产业化是生产力发展的问题,同时也是巩固我国社会主义制度的问题。我们应该认真地分析世界经济局势的变化和科学技术的发展。高技术产业化投资强度大、风险大,需要足够的资金和科学的决策。我们对中外经济技术交流,要持积极的态度,要立足于自力更生,充分调动一切有利的因素,克服投资分散、浪费严重的现象,逐步实现高科技的产业化。
Ma Bin, an advisor of the State Council’s Economic Development Research Center, said in his report “High-tech Industrialization” that high-tech industrialization is a problem of the development of productive forces and also a problem of consolidating China’s socialist system. We should seriously analyze the changes in the world economic situation and the development of science and technology. High-tech industrialization has large investment and risks, and it needs sufficient funds and scientific decision-making. We must take a positive attitude toward China-foreign economic and technological exchanges, and must rely on self-reliance to fully mobilize all favorable factors to overcome the phenomenon of serious investment dispersal and waste, and gradually realize high-tech industrialization.
