5月21日,重庆市沙坪坝区公安消防支队会同质检、工商等部门执法人员突击检查消防产品非法制售情况。当来到辖区天梨路岩口一间破旧仓库时,院子里堆放的废旧灭火器引起执法人员的注意,一名工人正在屋角往回收来的废旧灭火器瓶灌装灭火药剂。执法人员仔细查看发现,现场堆放的不少灭火器的瓶颈和瓶底都已锈蚀,显然达不到安全技术标准。
