1983-1985年在河北邯郸,广平对216个棉花品种(系)进行了416品种(次)的抗蚜性筛选鉴定,并对筛选鉴定技术作了研究。根据蚜情指数,将抗蚜性程度分为抗、中抗、感、高感4级,选出多毛早3号等13个抗蚜品种材料;提出了新的蚜害程度分级标准和蚜情指数计算公式,可提高筛选鉴定的效率;室内接虫鉴定技术研究表明,其结果与田问鉴定相一致(r=0.8028,r_(0.01)=0.641);根据不同棉花品种苗期受蚜害后恢复能力(耐害性)的差异,认为棉花品种抗蚜性筛选在苗蚜发生后期进行最为适当,这有利于对品种抗性作出全面评定。
