环境知情权是在环境权的基础上产生和发展起来的,并作为是环境权实现的程序权利之一,具有控权作用以及多重法律价值。这必然引起各国的关注,就我国而言,环境知情权越来越引起重视了。例如在我国宪法、环境保护法以及相关法律法规中都有所体现。但是由于起步晚,加上自身制度的制约,我国环境知情权在法律保护方面仍存在缺陷,需进一步发展完善。
The environmental right to know arises and develops on the basis of the environmental right and is one of the procedural rights realized by the right to environment. It has the function of controlling power as well as multiple legal values. This inevitably draws the attention of all countries. As far as our country is concerned, the right to environmental information has drawn more and more attention. For example, it is reflected in our country’s constitution, environmental protection laws and relevant laws and regulations. However, due to the late start and the restriction of its own system, China’s environmental right to information is still deficient in legal protection and needs to be further developed and perfected.
