为解决井下车辆作业状态宏观监控难,靠人工经验管理效率低、可靠性差的难题,设计了基于RFID无线射频技术的井下车辆监测系统。该系统是以射频方式采集井下车辆作业状态及故障提示信息,通过基站对作出应答的车辆进行定位。经实践验证,本系统不仅实现了井下车辆状态的宏观监控,同时有效定位为车辆故障及安全隐患的监测提供了可靠帮助。
In order to solve the difficulty of macroscopical monitoring of downhole vehicle operating status and the problem of low management efficiency and poor reliability by manual experience, a downhole vehicle monitoring system based on RFID wireless radio frequency technology was designed. The system is based on radio frequency acquisition of underground vehicle operating status and fault message, through the base station to respond to the vehicle positioning. Proved by practice, the system not only realizes the macro monitoring of the state of the underground vehicle, but also effectively provides the reliable help for the monitoring of vehicle faults and potential safety hazards.
