目的 :比较两种尼莫地平 (NM)输液的理化性质 ,为国产新药的开发和推广使用提供科学的数据。方法 :采用HPLC法测定含量 ,用显微镜观察微粒。结果 :两种NM输液原液理化性质无明显差异。在与氯化钠注射液 (NS)和 5 %葡萄糖注射液(GS)配伍时 ,其混合后的微粒及NM的含量有一定的差异。结论 :国产NM输液的理化性质与国外同类产品基本相同 ,在与其它输液配伍时 ,国产输液微粒少 ,含量高
Objective: To compare the physical and chemical properties of two kinds of nimodipine (NM) transfusion and to provide scientific data for the development and promotion of domestic new drugs. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the content of microspheres. Results: The physical and chemical properties of the two NM infusion solutions were not significantly different. When mixed with Sodium Chloride Injection (NS) and 5% Glucose Injection (GS), the contents of the mixed particles and NM were different. Conclusion: The physical and chemical properties of domestic NM infusion are basically the same as that of similar foreign products. When compatibility with other infusion solutions, the domestic infusion microparticles are less and the content is higher
