采用试管二倍液体稀释法,测定氟化钠在体外厌氧环境对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线放线杆菌、中间型普氏菌、血链球菌和亲缘链球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),比较氟化钠对上述细菌的抗菌作用。结果显示:氟化钠对各实验细菌都有抑制作用,其中对牙周主要可疑致病菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线放线杆菌、中间型普氏菌和龋相关菌亲缘链球菌有较明显的抑制作用,MIC值为128~1024μg/ml,而对牙周有益菌血链球菌则需高浓度才有抑制作用,MIC值为2048~4096μg/ml。
The test tube double dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of sodium fluoride in vitro anaerobic environment against Porphyromonas gingivalis, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomin, intermediate type Streptococcus, Streptococcus sanguis and Streptococcus mutans (MIC) comparing the antibacterial effect of sodium fluoride on these bacteria. The results showed that sodium fluoride had inhibitory effect on all the experimental bacteria, of which Pseudomonas gingkuensis, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, intermediate-type Prevotella and caries-associated streptococcus The MIC value was 128 ~ 1024μg / ml, while for the periodontal pleuropneumoniae, only the high concentration needed to inhibit, the MIC value was 2048 ~ 4096μg / ml.
