配合物[Cu(2,2’-bipy)(pydco)(H2O)].4H2O(2,2’-bipy=2,2’联吡啶,pydco=氮氧化-2,6-二甲酸吡啶)的结构由X-射线测定,配合物属三斜晶系,P墿空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.68120(14),b=1.1850(2),c=1.2554(3)nm,α=86.06(3),β=81.60(3),γ=86.16(3)°,V=0.99854(4)nm3,Z=2。2,2’联吡啶提供两个配位原子(N1,N2),氮氧化-2,6-二甲酸吡啶提供两个配位氧原子以及一个配位水提供一个氧原子参与了配位,中心Cu(II)离子是一个畸变的四角锥结构。有趣的是,配合物的结晶水组成了一条条的水带,配合物分子正是由这些水带中的氢键连接在一起的。
The complex [Cu (2,2’-bipy) (pydco) (H2O)] 4H2O (2,2’-bipy = 2,2’bipyridine, pydco = The structure was determined by X-ray. The complex belongs to the triclinic system with P 墿 space group with unit cell parameters of a = 0.68120 (14), b = 1.1850 (2), c = 1.2554 Β = 81.60 (3), γ = 86.16 (3) °, V = 0.99854 (4) nm3, and Z = 2.2. The bipyridyls provide two coordination atoms (N1, N2) 2,6-dicarpyridine provides two coordinating oxygen atoms and one coordinating water provides an oxygen atom for coordination. The central Cu (II) ion is a distorted pyramid. Interestingly, the crystal water of the complex forms a strip of water, and the molecules of the complex are linked together by the hydrogen bonds in these bands.
