目的:建立倍他米松尿素乳膏含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长240 nm,柱温45℃,进样量20μl。结果:倍他米松在12.35~92.64μg·ml-1的范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.02%,RSD为0.74%(n=9)。结论:建立的方法结果准确、稳定性好、专属性强,可用于倍他米松尿素乳膏中倍他米松含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of betamethasone urea cream. METHODS: The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (30:70) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- Injection volume 20μl. Results: Betamethasone showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 1.000 0) in the range of 12.35-92.64 μg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 98.02% and a RSD of 0.74% (n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is accurate, stable and specific. It can be used for the determination of betamethasone in betamethasone urea cream.
