我厂从1968年开始,正式在产品上应用粗丝 CO_2气体保护焊。焊接设备有将埋弧自动焊机改装成的,把送丝速度适当加快,加上延时送气系统和焊枪,也有从控制箱到机头都是自装的。使用电源有 AB—500直流焊机、两台AT—320小直流焊机并联、ZS—300硅整流、ZW—1000多用硅整流等,都能满足焊接要求。因为从使用情况看,CO_2自动或半自动焊对电源的适应性很大,都可以采用陡降或平的电源外特性;从操作上看,无大的区别,但使用平特性的电源外特性比陡降的电源外特性所得的焊接熔池稍为深一点。
