古典拳论是太极拳体系的重要组成部分,研习太极拳不能不涉及这方面。古典拳论中有许多光耀武坛的名篇,也是中国文化宝库中的精品佳作。古典太极拳论所阐述的是关于太极拳练习的综合性原则、方法,是指导太极拳练习的纲要,也是太极拳健身的实践性依据。本篇从养生角度解析古典拳论,只是立体化认识古典拳论的一个视角,不包括其他方面如技击等的分析范围,但古典拳论的涵义及实践指导意义不仅仅在于养生一个方面。这需要广大太极拳研习者加以深刻体会。本文只是提示一种理解的方式。文中解析综合了多位太极拳专家的研究成果,在此表示感谢。
Classical boxing theory is an important part of the Tai Chi system, to study Tai Chi can not but involved in this area. There are many highlights in the classical boxing martial arts famous articles, is also a masterpiece of Chinese culture treasure. The classical Taijiquan theory expounds the comprehensive principles and methods of practice of Taijiquan, the outline of Taijiquan practice, and the practical basis of Taijiquan fitness. This article from the perspective of health analysis of classical boxing theory, but three-dimensional understanding of classical boxing theory of a perspective, does not include other aspects such as technical analysis of the scope of attack, but the meaning of classical boxing and practical guidance is not only about one aspect of health. This requires the majority of Tai Chi practitioners to profoundly understand. This article is a reminder of a way to understand.
