随着社会主义新农村建设的不断深化,农村住宅产业化设计成为建筑业界值得探究的焦点。从农村住宅产业化的概念出发,对鄂东南地区农村住宅产业化的可行性进行了分析,并以2015年台达杯国际太阳能建筑设计竞赛作品“光·宅”为例,从构件标准化、空间部品化、户型多样化和功能灵活化等方面提出了鄂东南地区农村住宅产业化的设计策略,为今后该地区农村住宅产业化实践提供参考。
With the continuous deepening of the building of a new socialist countryside, the design of rural housing industry becomes a focus worth exploring in the construction industry. Based on the concept of industrialization of rural housing, the feasibility of industrialization of rural housing in southeastern Hubei is analyzed. Taking the case of “Light House” in the 2015 Delta International Solar Architecture Design Competition as an example, , Space departmentalization, apartment layout diversification and functional flexibility and so on, put forward the design strategy of housing industry in rural areas in southeastern Hubei Province, and provide reference for the industrialization of rural housing in this area in the future.
