针对复杂装备维修方式难以决策的问题,提出了一种三角模糊数、层次分析和熵权相结合的模糊综合决策法,克服了传统模糊层次分析法准确程度不高以及在权值确定方面处理重要程度不确定情况的问题。首先在对不同装备选择维修方式考虑因素分析的基础上,建立了复杂装备通用维修决策准则体系和评价集。然后根据准则间以及准则与评价集之间对应的模糊判断矩阵求出层次分析与熵权权值,并由两权值计算得出综合权值。最后根据综合权值与模糊综合决策矩阵进行运算(综合决策集),确定装备的维修方式。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to decide the way of repairing complex equipment, a fuzzy comprehensive decision-making method based on triangular fuzzy number, level analysis and entropy weight is proposed, which overcomes the low accuracy of traditional fuzzy AHP and its importance in weight determination Degree of uncertainty of the situation.
