杨文浏安徽淮南人。现为中国书法家协会会员、国家二级美术师、简社社员、安徽省书协篆书委员会副秘书长,二〇一四北京水墨公益基金提名“安徽十大青年书法家”。如果说上个世纪八十至九十年代是中国书法的复苏期,活跃在这一时期的书家主要出生在四十至五十年代的话,那么二十一世纪初期,可谓书法发展的转型期,由继承转向了创造。活跃在当下的书家主要是六七十年代的青年人。文浏君便是此一时期具有一定代表意义的书家。
