针对在役石拱桥技术状况评定的问题,提出将DER&U法应用于石拱桥的评定。与《公路桥涵养护规范》和《公路桥梁技术状况评定标准》两个标准相比,基于DER&U的评定法将构件的维修紧迫性列入技术状况评定的一项重要指标,具有检测评定和维修建议一体化的特点。研究了DER&U法的评定准则、构件编码系统及石拱桥D,E,R及U值的确定;推导了基于层次分析法的石拱桥各个构件评定权重;在此基础上计算石拱桥状况指标CI值和优选指标PI值。算例对比研究了3种评定方法,验证了该方法可以简化检测工作,使评定计算过程简单明了,通过构件的DER值及维修急迫性U值可以了解构件的劣化水平,及时提出构件的维修建议。结果表明,当石拱桥CI值小于85分,PI值小于80分时,桥梁使用状况较差,应及时对U值不小于3的构件进行维修加固处理。
Aiming at the problem of the technical status quo of in-service stone arch bridge, the method of applying DER & U to stone arch bridge is proposed. Through the DER value of the component and the urgency U value of the maintenance, the deterioration level of the component can be understood and the maintenance advice of the component can be put forward in time . The results show that when the CI value of stone arch bridge is less than 85 and the PI value is less than 80, the bridge is not in good condition and the components with U value not less than 3 should be timely repaired and strengthened.
