《质量管理》1994年第2期所刊《企业产品最佳质量水平及其确定》(以下简称《确定》)一文中第一部分,从经济学的角度以图解的形式说明了一个浅显的道理:企业产品的质量水平存在一个最佳的水平,这部分内容直观性强,对企业无疑会有一定的启发作用;然而第二部分所提出的企业产品最佳质量水平的确定方法却存在许多问题,值得推敲研究。
The first part of the article entitled “Best Quality Level and Determination of Enterprise Products” (hereinafter referred to as “determination”) published in the second issue of Quality Management, 1994, illustrates a simple truth from the perspective of economics in the form of a diagram: There is a best level of quality in the company’s products. This part of the content is intuitive and it will certainly have a certain enlightening effect on the company; however, there are many problems in the method for determining the best quality level of the enterprise products proposed in the second part. It is worthwhile to study.
