本研究使用角膜内皮分析系统,对使用空气泡、Healon和2%荧光羟丙基甲基纠维素进行人工晶体植入术的病例进行角膜内皮细胞的形态学分析。术后短期内皮细胞丢失率,空气泡组显著高于后二组,而细胞面积变异系数(CV)和六边形细胞百分数(H%)在三红中都有相似的表现,即CV值在术后一周增加,但术后一月有恢复术前水平的趋势;H%值在术后一周降低,但术后一月回升到接近术前的水平。Healon组和甲基纤维素组相比,细胞丢失率无显著差异。
This study used a corneal endothelium analysis system to analyze the morphology of corneal endothelial cells in cases of intraocular lens implantation using air bubbles, Healon, and 2% fluorescent hydroxypropyl methyl kinetochore. The rate of endothelial cell loss in the short term was significantly higher in the air bubble group than in the latter two groups, while CV and hexagonal cell percentage (H% One week after surgery, but there was a trend of recovering preoperative level in January; H% decreased in one week after operation, but recovered to the level of preoperative one month after operation. There was no significant difference in cell loss between Healon group and methylcellulose group.
