从1980年起至1982年底应用吡喹酮治疗了囊虫病患者25例,男性18例,女性7例。年龄18～60岁。皮肤囊虫病24例(其中伴有脑囊虫病者14例,眼囊虫病2例)均经皮下结节活检证实:单纯眼囊中病1例,亦经视网膜活检证实。14例脑囊虫病中12例曾有癫痫发作史。
From 1980 until the end of 1982 the application of praziquantel treatment of cysticercosis in 25 patients, 18 males and 7 females. Age 18 ~ 60 years old. 24 cases of dermatocysticercosis (including 14 cases of cerebral cysticercosis and 2 cases of cysticercosis) were confirmed by subcutaneous nodule biopsy. One case of simple cyst disease was confirmed by retinal biopsy. Twelve of the 14 cases of cysticercosis had a history of seizures.
