AC920E血细胞分析仪是瑞士生产的16项外加三个直方图,并且可以单独测定嗜酸性细胞的血细胞计数仪。自1999年8月使用以来,总体上,该仪无论是准确度、精密度以及稳定性都较为理想。一般认为,血细胞分析仪主要由电子元件、光学和机械三大部分组成,其中机械部分故障率最高。在实际工作中,我们也遇到了并且排除了一些常见的机械性故障,借鉴他人经验,总结了几点有用的实践经验,供同道参考。
The AC920E hematology analyzer is a Swiss hematology analyzer that produces 16 items plus three histograms and can measure eosinophils alone. Since its use in August 1999, overall, the instrument is ideal for accuracy, precision, and stability. It is generally believed that the blood cell analyzer is mainly composed of three parts: electronic components, optics and machinery. The mechanical part has the highest failure rate. In the actual work, we also encountered and ruled out some common mechanical failures. We learned from others’ experiences and summarized some useful practical experiences for reference.
