氯代甲酸异丙酯广泛用于农药、医学、化工和聚氯(氟)乙烯的合成,对工人主要危害是引起急性呼吸道中毒。它是否有诱变效应尚未见报道。我们采用Ames试验和骨髓细胞染色体畸变分析试验对其进行了检测,现将结果报告如下:
Isopropyl chloroformate is widely used in the synthesis of pesticides, medicine, chemicals and polychloro (fluoro) ethylene. The main hazard to workers is acute respiratory poisoning.
