数字经济成为我国经济高质量发展新引擎,打造数字经济生态系统,能够为我国数字经济发展提供强大持久的动力.本文从微观、中观和宏观三个层面界定数字经济生态系统的内涵框架,阐述构成生产者、消费者、分解者和生态环境的基本组成部分.总结数字经济生态系统的运行特征,即整体性、多样性、自组织性、创新性、共生性.从夯实基础、组织重构、改革先行、创新驱动和发展保障五个方面,提出打造我国数字经济生态系统的现实路径.
