张女士是一家外企的销售主管,今年已经30岁了可还没有小孩,前些年是因为工作太忙,因此就一直在避孕。可眼看着自己已步入大龄妈妈的行列,不由得开始着急了。谁知道越是着急就越是无法怀孕,朋友帮她分析,说是因为情绪太紧张,于是张女士便参加了各种减压的活动,可一年过去了肚子还是没有丝毫反应。无奈之下,只好硬着头皮进了妇科门诊,在仔细询问之后,医生告诉她,压力大是导致不孕的原因之一,但最主要的是因为吸烟。原来张女士已有5年的烟龄,吸烟已严重地影响了她的内分泌,进而导致了现在的不孕。
