应用KNY型咽鼓管通气功能检测仪检测110名现役飞行人员的咽鼓管开放压值(ETOPV)及其波形(WS),并进行飞行试验(80名)和低压舱试验(30名),研究ETOPV的大小及其WS与耳气压机能(OBF)的关系。实验结果提示:(1)ETOPV及其WS与OBF之间有密切关系,ETOPV大的人耳气压调节机能差,容易发生耳气压伤(EBT),ETOPV小的人耳气压调节机能好,很少发生EBT。(2)B型波是咽鼓管通畅程度不良的波形,较A型波更易发生EBT。
The Eustachian tube open pressure (ETOPV) and its waveform (WS) of 110 active pilots were tested by KNY type Eustachian tube ventilation test, and 80 flight tests and 30 low pressure cabin tests were conducted. Study ETOPV size and its WS and ear pressure function (OBF) relationship. The results suggest that: (1) There is a close relationship between ETOPV and its WS and OBF, and ETOPV with large ETOPV is poor in air-pressure regulation and is prone to ear-stroke pressure injury (EBT) EBT occurs. (2) Type B wave is a waveform of poor eustachian tube patency, more prone to EBT than Type A wave.
