随着互联网时代的到来，现代信息技术手段广泛应用于各领域。本文采用理论结合实践，就如何在互联网时代背景下应用互联网技术实现“阳光司法”进行了探讨。文章首先阐述了司法工作透明、公开、阳光司法的重要意义，进而从庭审网络直播和网络舆论监督两个角度进行了分析，并提出了自己的见解与建议。
