聚碳酸酯是一种普遍使用的塑料固体径迹探测器。不同型号、不同厂家生产的材料存在差异。我们对国产朝阳1号聚碳酸酯的蚀刻行为及其记录α粒子和裂片的蚀刻特性和热效应进行了研究。结果表明,蚀刻剂温度和乙醇含量对蚀刻速度V_B都有显著影响(见图1和2)。温度低于50℃,乙醇含量低于15%时,膜片表面雾化。实验还表明,随着离开膜片表面距离的增加,V_B稍有下降,考虑到实验误差,可以认为此材料是比较均匀的。
Polycarbonate is a commonly used plastic solid track detector. Different models, different manufacturers of materials produced by the difference. We have investigated the etching behavior and the thermal effects of the domestic particles of Chaoyang-1 on the etching properties of polycarbonates and their α-particles. The results show that the etchant temperature and the ethanol content have a significant effect on the etching rate V_B (see FIGS. 1 and 2). When the temperature is below 50 ℃ and the ethanol content is below 15%, the surface of the membrane is atomized. Experiments also show that, as the distance from the membrane surface increases, V_B slightly decreased, taking into account the experimental error, this material can be considered more uniform.
