就鞍钢链篦机-回转窑和带式焙烧机球团生产中提高赤铁精矿配比进行了试验室研究和工业试验。结果表明:随赤铁精矿配比提高,生球质量略有下降,但经过调整生产参数,球团矿质量能满足高炉冶炼要求。鉴于鞍钢自有矿山磁铁精矿产量和球团生产需求,大孤山链篦机-回转窑球团厂赤铁精矿配比可由30%提高到40%;炼铁总厂带式机生产线赤铁精矿配比可由30%提高到45%。
The laboratory research and industrial tests were carried out to improve the proportion of hematite concentrate in Angang grate-rotary kiln and belt roaster pellet production. The results showed that with the increase of the proportion of hematite concentrate, the quality of green pellets decreased slightly, but after adjusting the production parameters, the mass of pellets could meet the requirements of blast furnace smelting. In view of Anshan Iron and its own mine magnetite concentrate production and pellet production needs, Dagushan grate - rotary kiln pellet mill hematite concentrate ratio can be increased from 30% to 40%; ironmaking plant strip machine production line red Iron concentrate ratio can be increased from 30% to 45%.
