本实验以分属特早熟,中熟和晚熟三类不同抗冷级别的6个棉花品种为材料,将其幼苗经4℃低温处理12小时,测定可溶性蛋白质的含量,并分析其变化情况。结果表明:所试6个品种的幼苗,经低温锻炼后,其可溶性蛋白质的含量都有不同程度的提高、提高的幅度虽因品种不同而异,但同一抗冷级别的不同品种的可溶性蛋白质含量的提高率与其抗冷性表现出明显的相关性。所以,我们建议:可以将低温处理后的可溶性蛋白质的提高率作为划分棉花苗期抗冷级别的生化指标之一。
In this experiment, six cotton cultivars, which belong to three types of precocious, moderately ripe and late ripening, were treated with low temperature at 4 ℃ for 12 hours. The content of soluble protein was measured and the changes were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of soluble protein in seedlings of six tested cultivars increased with different degrees after cold acclimation, although the increasing extent varied with the different cultivars. However, the soluble protein content The rate of improvement is significantly correlated with their cold resistance. Therefore, we suggest that the improvement rate of soluble protein after cold treatment can be used as one of the biochemical indexes to classify the cold resistance level of cotton seedling.
