为了调研河南省开设畜牧兽医类专业的高职院校培养出的学生能否满足本省企业在新形势下对人才的需求,本次调研采取调查问卷的方式,对河南省95个农业类企业的用人情况进行了调查分析。结果表明:当前河南省高职院校培养出的畜牧人才为畜牧企业人才构成的主力,高职生在农业类企业适应性较强,就职岗位涉及生产、管理、营销、技术和研发等工种,但以生产和技术岗位为主,且人员流动性较高。说明当前畜牧兽医类的高职生在数量上能够满足企业需求,但是在人才质量方面与企业的要求仍有一定差距。
In order to investigate whether the students from higher vocational colleges of animal husbandry and veterinary education in Henan Province can meet the needs of provincial enterprises in the new situation, this survey adopts the method of questionnaire to assess the 95 agricultural enterprises in Henan Province Employing situation conducted a survey analysis. The results showed that: the current husbandry talent trained by vocational colleges in Henan Province is the main force of the personnel of the livestock enterprises; the higher vocational students are more adaptable to the agricultural enterprises; the jobs include production, management, marketing, technology and research and development, However, the main production and technical positions, and staff mobility higher. It indicates that the current higher vocational students of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine can meet the needs of enterprises in terms of quantity, but there is still a certain gap between the quality of personnel and the requirements of enterprises.
