作者根据自身多年的工作经验对反思性教学理论进行调研,同时也对反思性教学在大学英语教学中的应用进行了细致的研究,根据相关的研究成果提出,反思性教学是教师自我发展、自我发现以及自我升华的重要渠道。反思性教学也是科研型教师的职业发展的必经之路。通过在教学过程中运用反思性的理念,可以有效的增强教学过程的合理性以及科学性,进一步使得教师的教学理念得以量化。从反思性教学的发展情况来看,反思性教学也是提升大学英语教学水平的一种重要方式。
According to his years of working experience, the author conducts research on reflective teaching theory. At the same time, he also studies the application of reflective teaching in college English teaching. According to the related research results, reflective teaching is a new way of self-development, self- Discover and self-sublimation of the important channels. Reflective teaching is also the only way for career development of research teachers. Through the use of reflective concepts in the teaching process, the rationality and scientificity of the teaching process can be effectively enhanced and the teaching philosophy of teachers can be further quantified. From the perspective of the development of reflective teaching, reflective teaching is also an important way to improve college English teaching.
