如何进一步办好期刊,向读者奉献更多更好的“精神食粮”,促进社会主义文化事业的繁荣和发展,更好地为我国社会主义精神文明建设和物质文明建设服务,作为一个期刊编辑部,很重要的一个方面,就是增强版权意识,努力提高期刊质量。 本文首先从办刊方向和办刊宗旨出发,阐述了严把政治原则关和学术质量关的重要性;其次论述了著作权与出版权的有关理论问题;接着就执行《中华人民共和国著作权法》的实际问题阐述了作者及出版部门存在的种种侵权行为及其危害性;最后又从知识产权与版权关系论述了期刊编辑、部如何维护知识产权与版权问题去提高期刊质量。
