宁油7号油菜在硼素供应不足或过量下.叶片14C同化水平均低于正常供硼处理。滞留在饲喂叶的14C产物较多,分配到处理叶以上部分尤其是幼嫩器官中去的14C的减少,影响植株生长和器官发育。试验发现叶片含硼量和光合产物输出百分率呈极显著正相关.叶片光合产物输出百分率与叶柄淀粉含量呈极显著负相关。硼不足或过量下,叶片二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶和气孔导度均降低.
Ningyou No.7 rapeseed was under or insufficient in boron supply.The assimilation level of leaf 14C was lower than that of normal boron supply. The 14C product remaining in the fed leaves was more abundant, and the decrease of 14C distributed to the upper part of the leaves, especially the young organs, affected plant growth and organ development. The results showed that there was a significant and significant positive correlation between the content of boron and the percentage of photosynthate output in leaf.The percentage of leaf photosynthate output was significantly and negatively correlated with the starch content of petioles. Insufficient or excessive boron, both ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase and stomatal conductance decreased.
