目的 探讨宫腔内人工授精术的临床应用。方法 用 Percoll梯度离心法对精子进行筛选。结果 5 2 4例施术者中妊娠 116例 ,妊娠率达 2 2 .14 %。结论 宫腔内人工授精术适用面广 ,是治疗不孕症的有效方法
Objective To investigate the clinical application of intrauterine insemination. Methods Sperms were screened by Percoll gradient centrifugation. Results Among 542 cases, 116 cases were pregnant and the pregnancy rate was 22.14%. Conclusion Intrauterine artificial insemination is widely used, which is an effective way to treat infertility
