在环境法学案例教学中,教师应以服务教学目的和教学内容为准则,并根据各方面的主客观条件,灵活选择课堂讲授、课堂讨论、视听演示、网络互动、庭审观摩、模拟法庭、诊所教学、实习教学等案例教学的基本模式。教师还应当高度重视案例教程的编写、教学案例的选择、案例教学方案的设计和案例教学环节的组织,不断积累经验,提高案例教学的水平,以期共同推进我国环境法学教研质量。
