作为我国教育体系重要的一部分,中职教育对我国经济以及精神文明的建设有着十分重要的意义。然而在实施中职教育的过程中,存在诸多问题,限制了我国中职教育的发展。其中班主任工作的多样性发展成为了中职教育工作研究的重要课题。鉴于此,文中介绍了目前中职班主任工作的难点,阐述中职班主任教育工作中存在的问题,并结合笔者多年教育工作经验,就加强中职班主任教育方法的多样化分析提出几点建议,以供参考。
As an important part of our educational system, secondary vocational education plays an important role in the construction of our country’s economy and spiritual civilization. However, in the process of implementing secondary vocational education, there are many problems that limit the development of secondary vocational education in our country. Among them, the diversity of teacher work has become an important issue for the study of secondary vocational education. In view of this, the paper introduces the difficulties of current supervisor work, expounds the problems existing in the supervisor work, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the diversification of supervisor teaching methods based on the author’s years of experience in education. for reference.
