我厂有一台4AV—12.5压缩机与其它辅助设备组成一冷却与空调系统,担负出口分割肉的冷却与分割肉生产间的空气调节工作。夏季,因气温较高,冷却与空调负荷基本与压缩机产冷量相匹配。冬季,因空调不用,压缩机产冷量大于冷却间负荷,压缩机经常处于半负荷状态下运行(只有两缸工作)。久之,经常工作的两缸磨损较严重。我们在机器大修检查时发现,同一曲柄销,因两连杆的工作时间不同,连杆所对应的两部分磨损程度相差很大,主轴承出现椭圆度。针对这一情况,我们将1.3号汽缸卸载油缸的进油管与2.4号汽缸卸载油缸的进油管进行了对换,即
