我国是农业大国,农业在我国的经济中占有很大的比重。我国对于农业发展的问题一直都是十分重视的,实现农业现代化,增加农业产值是我国农业发展的首要任务。在我国的农业发展中水利工程的建设是十分重要的,对于预防农业洪涝灾害有着积极作用。我国对于农业水利工程的扶持力度很大,重视程度很高,在农业的水利工程建设项目中投入大量的资金,因此许多的水利工程被建设并应用开来。农业水利工程具有复杂性,同时也会受到很多因素的影响,这也就意味着施工的过程中会面临很多的重点难点,同时对于施工人员的技术水平也有更多的要求。本文就是从当前我国农业水利工程建设的实际出发,考虑施工过程中遇到的技术问题,提出有效合理的解决办法。

To achieve agricultural modernization and increase agricultural output is the primary task of our agricultural development. The construction of water conservancy projects in agricultural development in our country is very important and has a positive effect on preventing agricultural floods. China supports agriculture and water conservancy projects with a great deal of importance and a high degree of emphasis. It has invested a large amount of money in agricultural water conservancy construction projects, and many water conservancy projects have been constructed and applied. The complexity of agricultural water conservancy projects, but also by many factors, which means that the construction process will face many of the key difficulties, while the technical level of construction workers also have more requirements. This article is based on the current actuality of agricultural and water conservancy construction in our country, considering the technical problems encountered in the construction process and putting forward effective and reasonable solutions.
