The number of sporulation and sporulation period (or duration of infection) is an important aspect of the relationship between the host plant and the pathogen. It is one of the important factors that determine the epidemic intensity and process of the disease, and thus becomes an important part of quantitative epidemiology of plant diseases. As the index of plant disease resistance, the number of sporulation and the sporulation period have gradually attracted the attention of plant disease and plant breeding workers. Studies on the number of sporulation and the sporulation period of wheat stripe rust infected leaves have been reported previously. After the single spore inoculation was successful, the daily sporulation rate was measured. The sporulation of the summer sporocysts was 8-10 days, and the number of sporulation was 1.8 × 10-3.
