采用激光熔覆技术并通过后续淬火处理对以45#钢为基体的巴基管涂层进行改性,测试了表面的宏观硬度,并用SEM,TEM对处理的表面组织进行检测和分析,实验结果表明,改性后的巴基管涂层使45#钢的表面性能得到明显的提高。在优化的工艺参数下,其表面宏观硬度平均可达HRC65.同时,表面耐腐蚀性也明显改善。组织观察发现在马氏体基体上弥散着大量形状规则的0.1μm量级的多边形晶体,另外,还观察到极耐腐蚀的白束针相。
The laser cladding technology and the subsequent quenching treatment were used to modify the Baki tube coating with 45 # steel substrate. The macroscopic hardness of the coating was tested. The surface structure of the treated sample was detected and analyzed by SEM and TEM. The experimental results The results showed that the modified Baki tube coating made the surface properties of 45 # steel obviously improve. Under optimized process parameters, the average macroscopic hardness of the surface can reach HRC65. At the same time, the surface corrosion resistance is also significantly improved. Tissue observations revealed a large number of regularly ordered polygonal crystals on the order of 0.1 μm on the martensite matrix and additionally a very resistant white beam needle phase was also observed.
