学生答问卡了壳怎么办?我听到过一件感人的事例:某特级教师任教初一,有一个学生举手回答老师的提问,但只说了两句就支支吾吾地说不下去了.这时,班里许多同学都高举着手,叫嚷着:“老师,让我说吧!”但老师并没有请另外的同学替他回答,而是耐心地诱导启发他继续讲下去,终于使他基本上回答了那个问题.这位学生十分感动,后来在一篇作文中写道:“………那时,我真恨自己,站在那里,低着头,慌得不知怎么好…….这时,我听到老师亲切柔和的声音:‘不要紧,你冷静地想一想再回答.’我抬起头,正遇上老师向我投来的信赖、鼓励的目光,我平静下来,有了勇气…….”
