区域创新系统理论虽然发展很快,但比较完整的、逻辑严密的理论体系尚未形成。在对从2000年至2008年国内公开发表的相关研究成果系统分析的基础上,从区域创新系统绩效的概念、测度方法、测度指标、各种因素对创新绩效的影响等几个方面,对区域创新系统绩效的研究进展进行归纳和总结,指出了研究工作尚存在的问题和今后需要进一步努力的方向。
Although the theory of regional innovation system has developed rapidly, the relatively complete and rigorous theoretical system has not yet formed. Based on the systematic analysis of relevant research results published in China from 2000 to 2008, from the aspects of the concept, measurement method, measurement index and the influence of various factors on innovation performance of regional innovation system, Summarizes the research progress of innovation system performance, points out the problems still exist in the research work and the direction that needs further efforts in the future.
