随着经济的快速发展,国家对石油石化等能源的依赖度越来越高,石油石化等能源型企业应适应新形势的发展。新技术的不断应用,催生了基层管理单元的改变,安全、环保等要求始终贯穿在每一名石油员工的具体工作中。这种新变化迫切要求基层员工的素质全面升级。本文结合当前某区域性石油公司在员工培训方面存在的不适应的普遍表现,结合具体实践提出了几点建议。
With the rapid economic development, the state has become increasingly dependent on energy sources such as petroleum and petrochemicals. Energy-based enterprises such as oil and petrochemical industry should adapt to the new situation. The constant application of new technologies has given rise to changes in grass-roots management units. The requirements of safety and environmental protection have always permeated the specific work of every oil employee. This new change urgently requires that the quality of grassroots workers be fully upgraded. This article combined with the current general performance of some regional oil companies in employee training, and puts forward some suggestions according to the concrete practice.
