醛氢叶酸合并5-Fu、DDP方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌80例近期疗效分析

目的：寻求治疗晚期复发、转移鼻咽癌安全、有效的化疗方案。方法：用ＣＦ－ＦＰ和ＦＰ方案治疗晚期复发、转移的鼻咽癌各４０例。结果：有效率分别为７５％和５２５％，ＣＲ率分别为５％和０，ＣＦ－ＦＰ组中大剂量和中剂量ＣＦ各２０例，有效率分别为８０％和７０％，既往ＦＰ治疗失败或复发者仍有５７８９％的有效率，ＣＦ－ＦＰ组白细胞下降、呕吐、口腔溃疡略高于ＦＰ组，结论：中剂量ＣＦ－ＦＰ为治疗晚期复发、转移鼻咽癌安全、有效的化疗方案，亦适用于ＦＰ方案治疗失败或复发者

OBJECTIVE: To seek for a safe and effective chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of advanced recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: 40 patients with advanced recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with CF-FP and FP regimen. Results: The effective rates were 75% and 525% respectively. The CR rates were 5% and 0 respectively. The high-dose and middle-dose CF of CF-FP group were 20 cases each. The effective rates were 80% and 70% The treatment failure or recurrence still 5789% efficiency, CF-FP group leukopenia, vomiting, oral ulcers slightly higher than the FP group, Conclusion: CF-FP in the treatment of advanced recurrence, metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma safety, An effective chemotherapy regimen is also available for FP regimens that fail or relapse
